​What happens in a session

We start by listening. Together we ask the Lord where a belief began, and He shows you — a memory, an image, a moment you had not thought about in years. Jesus pulls back the curtain on all the ways this lie has been affecting your life, your emotions, your relationships. Then we ask Him for His exchange - the truth.

You do not need to worry that you cannot hear God's voice. It is your privilege and your birthright to hear Him — and I have never once worked with someone who didn't.

After each session you will receive a personalized list of declarations, and I will teach you how to systematically renew your mind with them - resulting in increased hope, joy and trust.
